Liver paste
Rich and flavorful chicken liver. Achieve a professional-grade taste that you wouldn't believe you could make at home!
[Material for 2 to 3 people]
Chicken liver 250g
A 50cc fresh cream
A Butter 50g
1/2 teaspoon of A salt
A Honey 4g
A 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
A 1 teaspoon red wine
A. Garlic (about 3 slices)
A1 tsp soy sauce
Pickles Appropriate amount
Honey (for serving)
Black pepper (for serving)
Bucket (as needed)
[How to make]
1. Remove the tendons and veins from the liver, wash it with water, and wipe off the moisture with paper towels.
2. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the liver over medium heat.
*Make sure to cook thoroughly.
3. Add 2 and A to a mixer and blend.
4. Strain through a colander, pour into a cocotte, and chill in the refrigerator until solidified (at least 3 hours).
*If possible, straining the mixture will help remove any remaining strings.
5. Serve with toasted baguette, pickles, honey and black pepper to finish.
