Ripe black fruits such as black cherry, plum and cassis with aromas of vanilla and herbs. I thought it would be heavy and full-bodied, but the tannins are so smooth that I can't stop drinking it. I wondered to myself if this was silky. As you continue to drink it, it seems like it will be empty in no time, but after a few days you will be surprised by the spread of fruit and enjoy a different taste. Please resist the urge to drink it all in one day and enjoy the change in taste on the second and third day!
