Aromas of apple, peach, lemon and wet stone-like minerals. The fruitiness of lemon and peach is beautifully combined with transparency, smooth acidity and minerality. Of course, it goes well with delicate dishes such as sushi and kaiseki, as well as seafood such as sardine sashimi!
