This wine is full of sweet spice. Aromas of lychee, muscat, and pink grapefruit. It is characterized by a rich, mellow fruit flavor. A silky, honey-like body with a smooth taste. acidity is mellow, and you can also feel the nuances of white pepper in the aftertaste. At the end of the taste, there is a nice bitter accent that reminds you of biting into the peel of a citrus fruit. Although it has a sweet scent, the taste is bittersweet, which is a great contrast. There are many scent elements, so you won't have any trouble finding pairings. It also goes well with spiced braised pork and mapo tofu!
