Aroma of ripe apples. Fresh and refreshing, with a sweet honey-like aroma. Melts smoothly in the mouth, with a pure fruit flavor. A thick body with a soft acidity. The word "rich" is the perfect description for this wine. It is very fruity, and even wine novices will find it approachable. The aftertaste is slightly refreshing, like biting into white onion, with a slight bitterness. It has a full body, so it goes well with warm dishes. Try it with hotpot or shabu-shabu.
