The exterior is orange-golden-yellow. Lemon, green apple, acacia, linden, lime and petrol are also available, and the scent is gorgeous and refreshing. Firm fruitiness, thick minerality, moderately refreshing acidity. It has an apple-like fruit flavor, mineral flavor, a gentle acidity aftertaste, and a fruity aftertaste. After all, it has a slightly different side to the conventional major Riesling, and it has transcended my preconceived notions. What came to my mind was a balloon. When it leaves your hands, it rises unstable and unreliable, but when it finds the beacon of the wind, it flies far away and in a straight line. I imagined a "balloon" that flies fleetingly but bravely from this wine.
